Orthobiologic Treatments & Services

  • A2M, naturally found in blood plasma, serves as a crucial carrier for numerous proteins and growth factors, thus reducing inflammation in arthritic joints. We typically administer this treatment when there is the presence of excessive inflammation or bursitis.

  • A minimally invasive, natural-based approach that uses the patient’s own cells to treat orthopedic injuries, conditions, and pain. This nonsurgical approach uses natural proteins derived from bone marrow cells for the reduction of inflammation and pain.

  • Fascia hydrodissection targets fascia abnormalities identified through imaging (MSKUS) and related symptoms. Using ultrasound guidance, a needle delivers these specialized solutions to loosen thickened fascia or reduce inflammation and swelling. The procedure improves mobility, reduces pain, and enhances overall function and quality of life.

  • Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a substance that naturally exists within the body, lubricating the joints to protect bones from impact and support overall joint movement. Deterioration of HA surrounding the joints leads to arthritis. As such, we administer natural and FDA-approved HA injections to patients with mild to moderate osteoarthritis.

  • Our most advanced minimally invasive treatment offered here, IO injections deliver platelet-rich plasma and / or bone marrow concentrate, just below the joint surface into bone, and may stimulate and enhance the healing and repair of degenerative cartilage.

  • A minimally invasive outpatient procedure that uses anti-inflammatory reparative cells found in the body’s fatty tissue to address painful joints.

  • Nerve hydrodissection is a minimally invasive ultrasound-guided procedure aimed at targeting compressed peripheral nerves in the extremities. By releasing soft tissue compression on the nerve, it is potentially “freed up” and able to function better.

  • Also known as neural prolotherapy, perineural therapy is a minimally invasive and natural medical intervention for soft tissue pain and inflammation. It is especially appealing to those wanting to avoid traditional pharmaceutical options for pain relief.

  • Platelet Lysate (PL) is rich in anti-inflammatory growth factors and cytokines from a patient's platelets and optimal for nerve health, joint conditions, and musculoskeletal issues.

  • Prolotherapy harnesses the power of concentrated dextrose (sugar) to irritate and inflame tissues in the affected area. This process releases growth factors that may aid in the repair of painful tendons, ligaments, and joints.

  • With PRP therapy, a patient’s own platelets are isolated and then concentrated into an injectable solution used to stimulate the body’s natural reparative process.

  • A minimally invasive outpatient procedure to help reset an overactive sympathetic nervous system (PNS). They can support the restoration of balance needed for optimal healing and improved treatment outcomes for chronic orthopedic conditions.

  • Designed to target chronic tendon pain or tendinosis characterized by thickening, scarring, and poor blood flow, Tenex™ is one of the innovative nonsurgical procedures the Orthohealing Center offers for tendonitis and tendinosis, having established itself as a leader in treating them.

  • Therapeutic Botox is a specialized treatment used in musculoskeletal medicine and pain management to minimize pain, reduce muscle spasms, and improve mobility.

  • Homeopathic Traumeel® injectables are a safe and natural alternative to cortisone and anti-inflammatory medications. As Traumeel® may reduce inflammation and has a quick recovery time, it is frequently administered to athletes and individuals who suffer from pain that is preventing them from leading a full and active lifestyle.

  • The Orthohealing Center was among the first clinics in the United States to administer shockwave. With the potential to reduce pain and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, extracorporeal shockwave (shockwave) therapy is often used to treat common musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

  • Robotic laser therapy uses light to promote and accelerate the body’s natural healing responses. The MLS® robotic laser allows us to treat our patients’ pain, inflammation, and edema safely, efficiently, and simultaneously.

  • Electromagnetic Transduction Therapy (EMTT®) is an FDA-approved, noninvasive procedure that addresses conditions such as lower back and knee pain, tendinopathies, rotator cuff, Achilles tendonitis, and sports injuries.

  • The NeuFit Method uses direct current (DC) technology and aims to align with the body’s natural electrical signaling to optimize communication with the nervous system and unlock the body’s ability to heal and perform more effectively.

  • The Orthohealing Center offers a variety of products to support healing, vitality, and physical longevity including CBMD PMT Cream, Sam® Ultrasound, and Incrediwear: Wearable Wellness.
