Dr. Sampson is an internationally recognized pioneer in orthopedic regenerative medicine. Dr. Sampson is Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Sampson founded and chairs the Orthobiologic Institute (TOBI), a premier annual symposium with cadaver lab featuring the foremost experts in tendon, cartilage, and spine disease. Dr. Sampson also founded the Orthohealing Method, a physician network promoting standardization, collaboration and data collection in Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Sampson is a founder of the American College of Regenerative Medicine and a Board Member of the Arthritis Foundation. He has authored over 25 publications and 10 textbook chapters in Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Sampson is a frequent expert speaker and panelist with over 40 lectures including the United Nations in Geneva and US Congress briefing on Capitol Hill. He is a trusted advisor for a wide variety of professional athletes around the world.




Dr. Danielle Aufiero specializes in sports, spine, and regenerative medicine. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She is a clinical assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Western University of Health Sciences and an adjunct professor at Touro University. Dr. Aufiero has participated in over 40 clinical lectures and publications in regenerative medicine. She frequently serves as faculty at premier Regenerative Medicine conferences. She believes in treating the whole person and tackling challenging conditions with a hands on and artistic approach. She treats top performers and elite athletes of every sport with a customized treatment plan.








Dr. Hunter Vincent specializes in sports, spine, and regenerative medicine and is the Director of Clinical Research at Orthohealing. He has authored several peer reviewed publications and multiple textbook chapters on Regenerative Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Pain Management. Dr. Vincent is the annual Moderator at the Orthobiologic Institute (TOBI), a premier Regenerative Medicine Symposium featuring over 1,000 attendees from 40 countries. Dr. Vincent completed Residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at University of California Davis followed by a Spine and Pain Management Fellowship at the University of California (UCLA). As a former Division I soccer player at UC Davis, Dr. Vincent appreciates our patients need to return to sport. Dr. Vincent concentrates on reducing pain at the source while encouraging his patients to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
