NeuFit

What is NeuFit?

The NeuFit Method, featuring the innovative Neubie® device, brings an innovative approach to rehabilitation, pain management, and performance enhancement.

Using direct current (DC) technology, the Neubie® aims to align with the body’s natural electrical signaling to optimize communication with the nervous system and unlock the body’s ability to heal and perform more effectively. This advanced approach is designed to help patients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve mobility without surgery.

The Neubie’s® applications are diverse, created to accelerate post-injury recovery, enhance athletic performance, and provide relief from chronic conditions. By incorporating the NeuFit Method into treatment plans, patients may experience quicker and more sustainable results—the Neubie® is not only a tool for recovery, but it has the potential to deliver a powerful way to elevate health and function, overall.

What are the potential benefits of treatment with NeuFit?

This noninvasive treatment option offers a range of possible benefits, such as:

  • Pain relief
  • Expedited recovery from injuries
  • Enhanced muscle strength and function
  • Increased flexibility and mobility
  • Support for healing and rehabilitation without surgery

When can I expect results from NeuFit treatments?

Although some patients report improvement after the first session on the Neubie® device, a typical course of treatment involves a series spaced one to three days apart. Additionally, ongoing assessment and adjustments to the treatment plan can further enhance long-term results and support sustained improvement.

For optimal results, it’s important to follow your healthcare provider’s recommended course of action.

What are the conditions treated with NeuFit?

NeuFit has demonstrated efficacy in expediting recovery from surgery and the treatment of:

  • Muscle and ligament strains
  • Muscle spasms
  • Non-displaced fractures
  • Back and neck pain
  • Rotator cuff injury
  • Shoulder impingement
  • Tendinopathies
  • Carpal tunnel
  • Arthritis
  • Contusions
  • Swelling / lymphedema
  • Muscle tears
  • Chronic pain
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Shin splints

How does NeuFit therapy deliver effective pain relief?

NeuFit uses electrical stimulation to target and “retrain” dysfunctional muscles and nerves. This therapy may help reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote tissue repair.

The Neubie® device stands out among electrical stimulation devices due to its unique use of direct current (DC), which closely aligns with the body’s natural electrical signaling. Traditional devices that use alternating current (AC) can trigger protective muscle contractions. However, the Neubie’s® DC technology aims to prevent these responses, allowing for potentially smoother and more effective muscle engagement to promote better nerve and muscle re-education. The Neubie® is designed to support and optimize natural healing processes, helping to accelerate recovery in tissues, bones, muscles, and nerves by harnessing the power of the nervous system for enhanced healing and performance.

How many sessions of NeuFit are typically needed?

A series of four to 10 sessions is typically needed, although the actual number for optimal results varies based on individual tolerance and needs, diagnosis, and response to treatment.

However, some patients report improvement after even the first treatment on the Neubie® device.

Are there side effects associated with NeuFit?

Electrical stimulation is considered a noninvasive and effective method of aiding recovery from various medical injuries and conditions. With the addition of advanced direct current technology via the Neubie® and specialized protocols and applications for use, practitioners have the enhanced ability to precisely pinpoint and treat the source of dysfunction.

Although some patients experience discomfort during and / or after sessions, similar to post-workout muscle soreness, this is typically temporary and self-resolving. NeuFit sessions burn more calories and stress more muscle tissue than a standard therapy session or gym workout. As the body needs time to replenish that energy and rebuild its muscles and other tissues, we encourage patients to drink lots of water, eat well, avoid or moderate alcohol consumption, and consider limiting other intense training for 24 – 48 hours post-therapy.
