Dr. Sampson spoke before appx 240 attendees at the annual IOF a gathering in Colorado along with thought leaders in OrthoBiologics and cell based medicine. Dr. Sampson reviewed new data from Spain looking at injections into bone with platelet rich plasma called intraosseous injections. Dr. Sampson emphasized treating the knee as an organ addressing both the bone, cartilage and synovial joint fluid. Right after the talk he was on a plane to his kids school’s basketball charity fundraiser!
