Beny Charchian M.D. has been invited to speak as a guest lecturer at Saint John’s Health Center on Thursday, October 4th, 2012 to discuss the latest advancements in regenerative medicine. The lecture will be given as Continuing Medical Education (CME) to the Department of Internal Medicine.
Topics will include the newest uses for prolotherapy, platelet rich plasma (PRP), and bone marrow concentrate (BMC) injection therapies for the treatment of common orthopedic injuries and arthritis without the need for surgery. More and more doctors have developed significant interest in these progressive treatments now commonly referred to as “orthobiologics”, and over 20 internal medicine physicians and surgeons are planned to be in attendance for discussion of these cutting-edge treatments.
