Coronavirus-19 office Update

We’d like to express our sympathy to those affected by the coronavirus. Our practice takes the prevention of infection very seriously and would like to update our patients regarding office policies in light of the recent outbreak of (COVID-19).
We are open for regular clinic hours and will continue to sanitize every room and equipment rigorously. All providers and staff will wear gloves and wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds after every patient encounter in addition to regular use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Any ill staff member will be required to stay home and seek medical treatment.
In effort to ensure the safety of all patients and staff, we kindly ask that you contact the office to reschedule if you or anyone accompanying you to your appointment have been experiencing ANY of the following symptoms:
- Cough
- Fever
- Shortness of breath
- Respiratory difficulties
In addition, if you’ve traveled to any of the level two and three areas of the COVID-19 pandemic including China, Iran, Italy, Japan or South Korea, or have been in close contact with someone who has been to these areas in the last two weeks, we ask that you reschedule any appointments to a later date. Our practice will waive all cancellation fees and make every effort to reschedule you at your convenience.
As there is currently no vaccine to protect against the COVID-19, we are trying to limit the potential exposure to our patients & staff.
