    My son just had his first PRP injection for patella tendinosis. We are looking for the follow up stretching and strengthen protocol that he should follow. I tried the link for the case study done in Italy but couldn’t find the protocol. Please advise. His chronic condition is from overuse in basketball. His height 6′7″ along with basketball has put a tremendous strain on his knees.
