We were honored to have our PRP patient education brochure offered to millions of potential patients in Australia. We have seen a tremendous worldwide swell of interest in PRP & biologic therapies. With the increased use must come responsible practice & collection of data & publication of studies. At our last symposium doctors from 8 different countries attended our Orthobiologic Institute PRP Symposium  & presented their findings. In the coming year numerous studies will emerge on PRP. Some will be positive while others most certainly will not. It’s important to realize that we are understanding exactly what role PRP may or may not play in treating tendon & cartilage injuries. However patients from around the world are driving this industry demanding new natural based alternative therapies to maximize healing.

10 Steps towards anti-inflammatory eating:

We were excited to meet up with expert Nutritionist Susan Dopart M.S R.D to develop a simple plan for our patients to begin reducing inflammation & pain naturally. It makes sense that what we put in our body will affect how we feel & function.

Often a small change in our daily routine can make a huge impact. We tell our patients to begin making one or two changes & not radically modifing your diet so that you are more likely to comply. Hopefully you will consider these healthy tips, but of course consult with your Physician first!
